4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. phlplus will never contact you to request your password. 4.4 phlplus reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
5.1 All transactions on the phlplus platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the platform at the time of transaction.
5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the platform and may be updated from time to time. phlplus does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
5.3 Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. phlplus may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the phlplus account.
5.4 phlplus processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks.
5.5 phlplus reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
6.1 phlplus may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
6.3 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited:

7.1 All games available on the phlplus platform are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.
7.2 All slot and table games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. phlplus does not manipulate game results.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phlplus will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's wallet. phlplus's decision in such matters is final.
7.4 phlplus reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the game has been compromised, including through software exploitation, collusion, or any other form of cheating.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phlplus platform:
8.2 Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.
9.1 All content on the phlplus platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text, is the property of phlplus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phlplus platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phlplus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical faults beyond phlplus's reasonable control.
10.2 phlplus does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits phlplus's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
11.1 phlplus collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 phlplus may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR or other Philippine regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of the Privacy Policy.
12.1 phlplus is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion, all accessible from your account settings.
12.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period selected. phlplus will use reasonable efforts to prevent excluded players from accessing the platform.

13.1 phlplus reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, or where required to do so by law or regulatory directive.
13.2 Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your wallet may be forfeited at phlplus's discretion, subject to applicable law. Where termination is not due to breach, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
13.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting phlplus support. Account closure requests are subject to completion of any pending withdrawal verification.
14.1 phlplus reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
14.2 Your continued use of the phlplus platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.2 phlplus operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Players acknowledge that PAGCOR regulations may impose additional obligations or restrictions that supplement these Terms.
